I am not fixing any date. The parties will fix the date according to their convenience and naturally the meeting will be held in the office of the Board. As the petitioner is seeking implementation of Economically Weaker Sections' right, I think that one representative who can really participate in the meeting also be present in the meeting on behalf of the State.

The date and time would be intimated by the Deputy Secretary of the Board to the Principal Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, School

Education Department and to the learned advocate of the petitioners.

The representative of the Education Department must participate in the said hearing because without his participation there cannot be a meaningful discussion in the said meeting.

Affidavit of service filed in court today is kept on record.
