Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. There was a dispute amongst the parties. Though injuries are grievous, possibility of false implication of women folk of the family due to enmity cannot be ruled out. Hence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner nos.1 and 2.

Accordingly, we direct in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 namely (1) Ajmira Bibi @ Asmira Bibi & (2) Julekha Bibi @ Julekha Khatun, be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and on further condition that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. However, in view of the principal role played by petitioner nos.3 and 4 in the alleged crime and as the injuries are grievous, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner nos.3 and 4. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner nos.3 and 4 namely, (3) Saddam Sekh @ Seftu & (4) Rafic Sekh @ Rafik Sk. is rejected.
