This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court at Alipore to dispose of Title Suit No. 773 of 2019 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this civil revision application this court finds that January 14, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the injunction application.

The injunction application is still pending.

The learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court at Alipore is requested to make an endeavour to see that the same is disposed of expeditiously without

granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

CO 4217 of 2024 stands disposed of accordingly.
