Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that petitioner's 10.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.121 Rakib property is being encroached at the behest of the private respondent no.8 and his associates and inspite of informing the police authorities no steps are being taken. Record reflects that such representation was sent on or about 07.12.2023, more than 15 months have passed since the representation was furnished with the police authorities.

Till date petitioner did not complain that there has been further incidents. As such there is every possibility of change of circumstances. In case, the petitioner face further inconvenience, petitioner will bring the same to the notice of the police authorities who would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28086 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
