The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Boldiapukur Primary Junior Basic School, a school under Ratua Circle of Malda District Primary School Council. The petitioner is praying transfer to any school near to his residence at Nadia on the grounds that his wife is suffering from various types of gynecological disorder and he has old parents in his home.

The grounds of transfer are not convincing, therefore the prayer of the petitioner cannot be entertained; consequently, WPA 29356 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
