The State is represented and submits that in view of the subsequent events which have transpired after the filing of the writ petition, the writ petition has for all practical purposes become infructuous. It is also submitted on behalf of the State and in view of the irregularities in so far as the impugned tender is concerned, the impugned tender has been cancelled.
