Two applications have been filed by the applicant/writ petitioner.

CAN 1371 of 2020 is filed by the applicant to pray for an order of recall of this Court's previous order dated November 14, 2019, passed in writ petition being WPA 29703 of 2013 and restoration of the said writ petition in its original file and number. CAN 1374 of 2020 is the other application seeking condonation of delay of 65 days in filing CAN 1371 of 2014.

Having heard learned counsels as well as having perused the records, it appears that the matter was dismissed for default as well as the delay in filing the restoration application has been stated to be the

reasons of disposition of the learned advocate. The same appears to be substantive and sufficient. Hence, the Court finds it proper to allow both the applications.

CAN 1374 of 2020 is allowed condoning the delay of 65 days in filing the other application by the applicant/writ petitioner.

Let CAN 1371 of 2020 is allowed thereby directing to recall of this Court's order dated November 14, 2019 and restoration of the writ petition being WPA 29703 of 2013 in its original file and number. Let this matter appear as "Adjourned Hearing" immediately in the list.
