This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Miscellaneous Appeal No.15 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Haldia.

2. The said Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against an order dated November 18, 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haldia in J. Misc. Case No.72 of 2016.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that even the application for stay that has been filed in the said appeal has been kept pending. 4.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge,

Haldia to dispose of Miscellaneous Appeal No.15 of 2024 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit and preferably within a period of eight months from the next date fixed.

CO 77 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.
