One person apparently suffered three grievous hurt in an incident of assault.

Petitioner nos. 3 and 4 stand implicated in such assault. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of such petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to such petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 is rejected.

CRM (A) 5565 of 2023 is dismissed.
