1. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits they have been falsely implicated. They pray for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the Sate opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim states that petitioner no. 2 set her on fire. Petitioner no. 1, husband of the victim was on bail but misused his liberty. Hence, his bail came to be cancelled in July, 2023. In view of the aforesaid materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
