The documents enclosed along with the writ petition reflects that in WPA 13974 of 2023 by an order dated 18.09.2023, a Coordinate Bench was pleased to pass directions upon the police authorities which included amongst others that the police authorities would keep a sharp vigil at the locale, ensure no breach of peace takes place and the order of the Civil Court is violated.

Additionally, it was directed that if there is any untoward incident, the petitioners would be at liberty to intimate the Inspector-in-charge of the local Police Station who shall then act in accordance with law.

State has submitted a report.

In the enclosures to the writ petition, I do not find that any untoward incident was brought to the notice of the Inspector-in-charge of the local police station as was earlier directed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos 5 to 8 is present and opposes the contentions advanced by the petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition is not maintainable.

Consequently, WPA 29338 of 2024 is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the records. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
