The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the Gurap Police Station has not rendered any assistance against the District Magistrate forcefully taking possession of the property. Except a statement on affidavit in the writ petition, there is no evidence of any overt action claimed or otherwise by any of the State authorities. The petitioner has approached the LRTT based on the rights allegedly accruing to him under a decree passed in T. S. No. 1 of 2007.

The petitioner does not appear to have pursued remedies before the LRTT for alleged non-compliance of the order dated 23.02.2018.

In the above circumstances, Gurap Police Station cannot be faulted for contending that the petitioner's name is not recorded in the records of BL & LRO. There is no inaction on the part of the Gurap Police Station.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
