This court does not find any irregularity in the order dated November 16, 2023, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Barasat in Title Suit No.1136 of 2023.

Due to the resolution of the local bar, the learned court had fixed February 7, 2024 for SR & AD, injunction hearing and extension.

The learned court is always at liberty to proceed in accordance with law and decide how to take up the matters.

The revisional application is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
