1. This revisional application has been filed assailing the order dated 01.12.2023 passed in connection with G.R. Case No. 1961 of 2021 with a prayer for necessary direction upon the learned Court for disposal of the application for returning of Oxygen Gas Cylinders.

2. Mr. Sujan Chatterjee, learned counsel who usually appears before this Court on behalf of the State, is requested to represent the State in this case. His appointment be regularised by the competent authority.

3. From the order impugned in this revisional application, I find that the application for returning of Oxygen Gas Cylinders is yet to be heard by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Burdwan. So at this stage, I do not find any reason to interfere with this order except a request upon the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Burdwan to dispose of that application within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State is directed to inform the Officer-In-Charge of Memari Police Station to submit a report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Burdwan within one week from date.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Burdwan for compliance.
