The said report reflects that after completion of investigation final report in the form of 'Civil in Nature' has been submitted before the learned ACMM (II), Calcutta on 24.01.2024 being Amherst Street PS Final Report No. 18/2024 dated 20.01.2024.

Having considered the fate of the main proceedings, I am of the view that the revisional application today is not required to be decided on merits. The petitioners are granted liberty to take appropriate steps before the learned ACMM (II), Calcutta in connection with the instant case. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4812 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
