Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be 27.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.16 Rakib kept with the record.

Supplementary affidavit reflects that on 06.12.2024 the Inspector-in-Charge, Joynagar police station was directed to ensure that the order of injunction passed on 27.09.2007 is maintained properly.

Petitioner submits that inspite of such direction of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court Baruipur in Title Suit No.101 of 17 the private respondents had been carrying out their illegal construction ignoring all dictates of the authorities and the Courts.

However, the report do not reveal any factual aspect in respect of the construction. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner still insists that the illegal construction is going on violating the Civil Court's order and the same if is brought to the notice of the Inspectorin-Charge, Joynagar Police Station or the Sub-divisional

Executive Magistrate, In-charge of Joynagar Police Station N.C.R. No. 827/24 dated 31.10.2024.

The learned Executive Magistrate would on being satisfied pass directions that the respondents namely, Abdur Rashid Gazi and Sabana Gayen be directed to stay outside the jurisdiction of Joynagar Police Station. With the aforesaid observations WPA 29387 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
