By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction upon respondent no. 3, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to allow the petitioner to submit the application and deposit the application fee in relation to ongoing recruitment process initiated vide notification dated 25th September, read with notification dated 19th November, 2025.

The petitioner contends that she intends to participate in the ongoing recruitment process initiated by the Board in terms of its notification dated 25th September, 2025 read with notification dated 19th September, 2025.
The petitioner attempted to submit her form on 7th December, 2025 within the last date i.e. 9th December, 2025, however, the petitioner was unable to successfully submit her form since the server did not allow for deposit of the requisite
fees. The petitioner seeks appropriate direction upon the respondent authorities to allow her to deposit the application fees along with the application of the petitioner. 4.
Mr.
Kamalesh Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner tried to deposit such fees but due to server glitch, the same could not be deposited which prevented the petitioner to participate in the ongoing recruitment process. He seeks for appropriate direction so that the application alongwith the fees may be deposited before the Board.

Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the WBBPE also submits that if the Court decides in favour of the petitioner that should not be treated as a precedent since the writ petition has been filed after the last date fixed for receiving applications.

It is found that from annexure P-4 of the writ petition that the petitioner tried to submit application on 7th December, 2025.
The petitioner has also made representation on 12th December, before the appropriate authority contending that though the requisite fees have been deducted from her Bank Account but the payment is showing pending.

Considering the entire circumstances, respondent no. 3, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to make arrangements so that the petitioner may submit her application along with the requisite
application fees, if it is made by tomorrow i.e. 24th December, 2025.

With the above directions, the writ petition being no. WPA 28870 of 2025 stands disposed of.

It is made clear that this order would be restricted to the petitioner only and will not be a precedent in case of other candidates.
10. The petitioner is directed to contact respondent no. 3, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education by tomorrow during office hours.
11. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be not admitted.
12. Consequently, connected applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
13. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
14. There will be no order as to costs.
15. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
