The present application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C challenging the impugned order no.21 dated 29.07.2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Fast Track Court, Murshidabad in Sessions Trial No.189 of 2007 in connection with G.R Case No.758 of 2006. In terms of the impugned order the trial Court turned down the prayer of the present petitioner for further examination of some witnesses. On perusal of the petition, materials on record as well as the impugned order, it appears that the impugned order does not warrant exercise of any jurisdiction, as prayed for. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
