The petitioners complain that certain unknown persons have blocked the entrance of their premises by setting up temporary structures and more particularly tables and chairs wherefrom they are selling their goods and articles.

The complaint lodged before the police and the Corporation has not been responded to.

Upon hearing the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, I am of the opinion that the allegation of the petitioners is such that the same cannot be

adjudicated properly either by the Corporation or by the police.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent civil forum for adjudication of the dispute. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
