1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties present.

2. The respondent/writ petitioner filed the writ petition challenging the refusal of the appellant Department for recognizing a Notary Public. The learned writ court after considering the facts found the writ petitioners' PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Certificate of Enrolment issued by the Orissa Bar Council all tally with each other and the B.A. Examination is also substantially the same as is with the L.L.B. marksheet and thus, the writ petition was allowed.

3. Hence, we find no grounds to interfere with the said order.

4. In the result, the appeal stands dismissed.

Consequently, the connected application also stands dismissed.
