Learned Counsel appearing on behalf for the petitioner submits that this is a transferred brief for him.

Considering the explanation provided by the petitioner in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the delay is condoned and accordingly CRAN 2 of 2021 is disposed of. In view of the explanation provided in the application for restoration and after hearing the learned Counsels appearing for the petitioner and the State, I am inclined to allow the application for restoration. Let the revisional application be restored to its original file and number. The application being CRAN 198 of 2020 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
