The report of the Assistant Registrar-VIII stated notice to have been served upon the petitioner complying the order dated 30th September, 2024 passed by this Court. Despite receipt of notice, the petitioner did not appear before the Court nor was he represented through any learned advocate.

Considering the report filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 5/CSTC the entire amount of retirement benefits under distinct heads had been disbursed in favour of the petitioner.

It appears from the records that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the hearing of the instant writ petition and as such, the same is dismissed for nonprosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
