Joshi Ms. Debashri Kukherji ...for the Petitioners The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 14th November, 2024 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore in connection with M.P. Case No. 2808 of 2024. By said order, the learned Executive Magistrate has directed the opposite parties therein to refrain from entering into the property in question despite the fact that opposite parties are co-sharers in respect of the said property.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the learned Magistrate has exceeded his jurisdiction in restraining the opposite parties from entering into the property in question. Learned counsel further submits that the mother of the opposite parties resides in the property in question.

However, since the order has ceased to exist upon expiry of the stipulated time frame, the revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.
