1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties present.

2. This intra court appeal filed by the State is directed against the order dated 25.09.2023 passed in WPA 12981 of 2023. The said writ petition was filed by the respondent herein challenging the order of rejection dated 20.04.2023 rejecting the application to be registered as a Notary Public. The learned writ court has elaborately gone into the factual position and has found that the discrepancy as alleged by the appellant is incorrect. Furthermore, the learned writ court also found that the Certificate was issued for fulfilling the liability for appointment as notary under the Notary Act, 1952 and it also appears that on facts the learned writ court granted relief to the respondent/writ petitioner. .

3. Hence, we find no grounds to interfere with the said order.

4. In the result, the appeal stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected application also stands dismissed.
