1. At the time of hearing, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits before this Court that he wants to withdraw the instant writ petition.

However, liberty may be given to the writ petitioner to file an appropriate representation indicating alleged unauthorised construction and/or illegal transfer of the residential quarters/units at Industrial Housing Estate, Bidhan Nagar, Durgapur, DistrictPaschim Bardhaman.

2. In view of such submission, WPA(P) 560 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.

3. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
