Petitioner claims that his land is being encroached and his peaceful possession is being disturbed at the behest of the private respondents. On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that they have every right over the crops and under the garb of peaceful enjoyment of property, petitioner is trying to take away the rightful dues of the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that already a proceeding under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS has been drawn by the police authorities.

Having considered the same, I direct that the police authorities would continue to keep a strict vigil so that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29340 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner as well as the private respondents.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
