The Petitioner has sought certain information from the SPIO under RTI Act, however SPIO failed to respond to the said application. Hence, the Petitioner moved to the first appellate authority. The first appellate authority directed the SPIO (RTI) to dispose of the Petitioner's application dated 25.08.2023 within 30 days. It is the case of the petitioner that the application has still not been decided.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 5 to comply with the order of the

appellate authority and dispose of the RTI application of the petitioner within 30 days, if not already disposed of.

With this direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
