Liberty is given to correct the cause title of the petition. 2.

Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. A dispute cropped up between the petitioners and the de facto complainant who claims to be the owner of the land. It is alleged petitioner had trespassed into the land and damaged crops. 4.

Keeping in mind the nature of allegations, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is not necessary and petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., (1) Rubel Sk @ Md Shahanawaj Sekh and (2) Sohel Sk @ Baharul Sk be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Signed By :
