Mr. Subir Sanyal, learned Senior advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that in terms of the order dated November 21, 2025, the Board has considered the report of the Expert Committee. The Committee has opined that there is no error either in the answer keys or in any questions of TET- 2022, therefore, the candidates of the said Test are not entitled to any additional marks.

The Board is directed to upload the said report of the Expert Committee by November 26, 2025 in its Website without disclosing the names of the members of the said Committee.

In view of such findings of the Expert Committee in the report, the challenge of the petitioners that there were mistakes in the answer keys and questions of TET 2022 fails.

It is however made clear that notwithstanding this order, it is open to the unsuccessful candidates of TET 2022 to challenge the veracity of the said report of the Expert Committee, if they are so advised.

All the writ petitions and the connected pending applications are disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

The report of the Expert Committee be kept in the safe custody of the Registrar General of this Court and would be produced as and when it would be requisitioned by the Court.
