This application for condonation of delay being CAN 3 of 2023 in filing the restoration/recalling the order dated 21st September, 2021 is disposed by allowing the same being satisfied with the reasons given for delay in filing the application for restoration. CAN 1 of 2023.

This is an applilcation for recalling of the restoration/recalling of the order of this Court dated 21st September, 2021 dismissing the writ petition for default is disposed of by recalling the aforesaid order and restoring the writ petition to its original file and number.

CAN 2 of 2023.

This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking leave to avail the benefit under relevant settlement scheme for settlement of disputes and considering the submission of the parties, this application being CAN 2 of 2023 along with WPA 29024 of 2016 are disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid benefit of settlement of disputes before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
