Singh & Anr.) in MAT 2313 of 2024 and CAN 1 of 2024 Mr. Chandradoy Roy ...for the petitioner The present contempt application arises out of an order dated 4th March, 2025 passed by this Court in an appeal being MAT 2313 of 2024. The operative part of the said order runs as follows:- 8The respondents shall disburse the regular salary to Diptendu pertaining to the period from the date of issuance of the order of suspension till the date of joining in terms of this order, within a period of three weeks and shall continue to disburse his monthly salary after he joins. Diptendu shall join his duties at Guwahati within 12th March, 2025.9 Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that as regards transfer to Kolkata, a separate writ petition is pending.

Upon hearing Mr. Roy and considering the materials on record, we find that there has been no deliberate violation of the order dated 4th March, 2025. The directions contained in the order have already been complied with.

In view thereof, the contempt application is dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
