The petitioner is claiming to be the Headmaster of Shukna Gulumia Junior High Madrasah, District : Birbhum, an unaided Madrasah.

The petitioner is complaining that though other teachers of the said Madrasah are getting honorarium but the petitioner is not.

A representation of the petitioner dated May 03, 2023 for release of such honorarium, which forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P-6' is pending consideration before the Director of Madrasah Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no.3 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in

accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, if necessary, after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing.

WPA 28145 of 2023 is disposed of with the above direction without any order as to costs. Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been invited, the allegations made in the said writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
