(Via Video Conference) Mr. Abhra Mukherjee Mr. Sauradeep Dutta ... for the petitioners Mr. Abhra Mukherjee, learned advocate for the petitioners appears before the court and submits that the petitioner Sakti Pada Dutta and Gour Krishor Dutta @ Gour Chandra Dutta who has filed the application for their discharge from Session Case No.224 of 2011 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.2, Purulia do not want to proceed further with this criminal revision. It is further submitted that one of the petitioners Shakti Pada Dutta has expired and petitioner no.2 Gour Kishore Dutta his son has communicated in writing that he does not want to proceed with the instant case. Considered the submission. Written instruction submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner no.2 be kept with the record.

The revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2016 (Old No.: CRAN 3867 of 2016) accordingly stands disposed of.

Criminal Section is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, FTC-II, Purulia for information and necessary action.
