It is further submitted that one of the petitioners Shakti Pada Dutta has expired and petitioner no.2 Gour Kishore Dutta his son has communicated in writing that he does not want to proceed with the instant case. Considered the submission. Written instruction submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner no.2 be kept with the record.

The revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2016 (Old No.: CRAN 3867 of 2016) accordingly stands disposed of.

Criminal Section is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, FTC-II, Purulia for information and necessary action.
