Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Earlier on 20.12.2024 when the writ petition was called, none appeared for the petitioner. Today also when the writ petition has been called, none represents the petitioner.

No accommodation is sought for on behalf of petitioner.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities issued notices. However, no official of the petitioner/Bank turned up for identification of the secured mortgage property. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the Bank of Baroda did not deposit any costs towards the police expenses and order of the District Magistrate is valid for a period of six months.

In view of the aforesaid, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 29906 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
