1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain events which have taken place in the interregnum, may render the petitioners' relief to be infructuous. The matter has been fixed by the Tribunal on 27th February, 2025.

3. We are of the view that if there is any action which required interim relief or preponing of the date or recalling of the earlier date, it was well within the means of the petitioners to invoke the Tribunal's jurisdiction by stating such facts for its consideration.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, seeks liberty to approach the Tribunal.

5. In view of such liberty being sought without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' claim, the writ petition is dismissed with such liberty.
