A revisional application being Criminal Motion No. 405 of 2023 is presently pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. The said revisional application relates to issues arising out of M. Case No. 754 of 2021. As the revisional application is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayer sought for before this Court.

The revisional application is, however, directed to be disposed of on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter. Learned Sessions Judge will not stretch the time as the case relates to Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional applications being CRR 4819 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
