1. None appears for the petitioner. On perusal of the earlier order dated 14.05.2026, it reveals that on the said date also, the writ petitioner was not present.

2. This is a case of 2012. Considering the conduct of the writ petitioner, we are of the considered view that probably the writ petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the instant matter.

3. In view of such, WP.CT. 404 of 2012 is dismissed for default.

4. Interim order, if there be any, stands hereby vacated.
