The University takes a fair stand and submits that the College deposited fees within the time but due to some technical problems, the name of the college was not included. The University, however, submits before this court that another round of

counseling will be conducted by the University for the college.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the University to organise another round of counseling for the College. The date of counseling should be intimated to the College by the University before this court within seven days from date.

It is made clear that admission will be restricted for the students who have already applied online for the course.

With the above observations, WPA 28191 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
