It is submitted by the learned advocate who has newly been engaged by the present petitioner praying for an appropriate order for non-prosecution. Since the petitioner have expressed their intention not to proceed with the case. It is submitted that previously learned advocate who was representing the company was informed by the company to give no objection to that extent vide two e-mails annexed with the present petition however no reply made on behalf of the said learned advocate. Hence the present petitioner has come up with this petition along with fresh vokalatnama with this prayer dismissing this revisional application for non-prosecution. 2.

Learned advocate prayed for withdrawal of the revisional application for non-prosecution. Revisional application was admitted long back in the year, 2017 and is pending since then. As it can be found that on account of delay in the investigation against the two petitioners . Petitioner company is not willing to

proceed further. Fresh resolution has been taken by the company which is also annexed with the petition whereby present petitioner who affirmed affidavit on behalf of the company was authorized.

Considering all the factors the prayer of the petitioner stands allowed.

Let this revisional application be dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
