We have considered the materials on record. Kidnapped victim has not yet been recovered. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner for recovery of the victim is necessary. In this backdrop, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
