Patra ..for the State The writ petitioner seeks implementation of demolition order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on May 19, 2022, in WPA 22620 of 2019 (Ranjit Mondal and Anr. versus the State of West Bengal & Ors.) Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that to implement the said order dated May 19, 2022, a contempt application (CPAN 884 of 2022) has been filed.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent no.5 submits that the demolition order dated May 19, 2022, has been set aside by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

I am of the view that after filing the contempt application to implement the order dated May 19,

2022, the petitioner could not have filed this application.

Accordingly, WPA 28228 of 2023 is dismissed.
