1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.

2. Heard.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to consensus. It is agreed that if petitioner re-submits his representation dated 15.10.2025 (annexure-'P6') along with server copy of this order before the concerned District Inspector of Schools, said authority may be directed to decide the said representation within a time limit by hearing the concerned school as well.

4. In view of consensus arrived at, this PIL is disposed of with following directions:

i) Petitioner may file his aforesaid representation dated 15.10.2025 along with server copy of this order within three working days from today before the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

ii) In turn, said authority shall hear the concerned school/private respondent no. 9 and decide the representation by passing a reasoned order expeditiously, preferably within two weeks from the date of communication of the order.

5. With the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, PIL is disposed of along with connected application (I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2025).

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
