1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had assaulted a drug addict who had been admitted to a rehabilitation center. Due to assault he suffered injuries and died. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
