Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of the witnesses before Magistrate disclose petitioner had poured poison in the mouth of the victim who died due to poisoning. Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

We also direct the investigating officer to submit supplementary charge-sheet under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
