The ld. trial court is directed that on and from the next date, the ld. trial court would take steps so that the stage of consideration of charges are over within a month from the next date. The ld. trial court will thereafter take into account as to whether trial is required to be proceeded and then fix dates once in every 45 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties. All efforts be taken by all the stakeholders to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4821 of 2023 is disposed of.
