The affidavit-of-service as filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

By the filing the instant application the petitioners of the instant revisional application has prayed for dismissal of the instant revision since according to the petitioner the C/Case No. 855 of 2011 as pending before the learned trial court and which has been sought to be quashed, has been dismissed by the learned trial court by its order dated 10.08.2018. 3.
Such being the position, this Court considers that the instant revisional application as filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has practically become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 3881 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous and is also disposed of.

The personal appearance of the parties, if there be any, is hereby dispensed with.

Department is directed to forward a copy of this order to the learned trial court for his information and record. 7.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for,
be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
