Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in excess of one year. Charges were framed. Petitioner was not identified Test Identification Parade. Excepting the articles for personal use nothing was recovered.

State and the de facto complainant are represented. We perused the materials in the case diary.

Petitioner was identified in a Test Identification Parade. There are articles seized from the possession of the

petitioner.

Articles seized were also identified.

Petitioner stands implicated in commission of heinous offences.

Prayer for co-accused who stands on the same footing was turned down on two different occasions.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 4703 of 2023 is dismissed.
