None appears for the petitioner and for respondent/State. Petitioner has filed this revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of proceedings in G. R. Case No.931 of 2005 arising out of Section 'E' Jorasanko Police Station Case No.102 dated 22.07.2005 under Sections 143/ 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 427/ 353 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta.

On the earlier occasion, notice was issued through the Department for service upon the petitioner and the opposite party. The report has been placed by the Department informing that notice was issued to the petitioner through Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, South 24 Parganas on 25.03.2012, but the report reveals that the petitioner was not found at the given address. The report is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner had appeared on the earlier occasion i.e. 31.03.2022 and sought for an accommodation. On being called today, the petitioner is un-represented.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed for default and the same is disposed of.

The connected application stands disposed of.
