In terms of the order dated 28th April, 2025 learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a report of the District Inspector of School (S.E), Uttar Dinajpur dated 10th June, 2025 and the same is taken on record.

On perusal of the report, it appears that the respondent no. 3 has completed the exercise and directed the authority of Baharail B.C. High School, Uttar Dinajpur as well as petitioner to take necessary steps. It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that in pursuance of the directions of the respondent no. 3 subscription under General Provident Fund relating to provident fund account of the petitioner in connection with petitioner's service in Baharail B.C. High School, Uttar Dinajpur

has been transferred. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
