The learned advocate for the State has submitted a report in compliance to the order dated 31.12.2015 in connection with the instant revisional application wherefrom it transpires that the petitioner, Sankar Dutta has expired on 09.01.2018 and the opposite party no.2, Santi Ranjan Dutta. Let the said report dated 18.04.2022 be kept on record which also supported by a copy of death certificate both the parties as aforesaid. The instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.
